Facades of condominiums
The Corso Regina Margherita 81 construction site is one of our most important construction sites in 2021. The project involves the renovation of all the facades of the complex (which include over Corso Regina Margherita, also via Rossini and via Santa Giulia). it is performed with the Facades Bonus of 90%.

The central railway station project challenged us to create a welcoming urban space crossed by thousands of people every day. We have tried to bring a sense of peace to a crowded and lively city space.

Bringing the forest to the city: the dominant theme of this urban project. Its success has sparked an international uproar, and, to date, it is one of the most visited urban structures we have built. A refreshing waterfall of greenery immersed in an urban jungle.

The challenge of this project was to create an accessible place in a location that is, by definition, difficult to reach. We have endeavored to create safe interiors, while maintaining maximum exposure to the incredible natural environment.
